To conduct a quantitative face-to-face research, our interviewers use tablets with professional software DigSee SURE, which allows to promptly obtain data from the fields and monitor the work at all the research stages. We receive data referenced to GPS-coordinates, date and time of the questionnaire completion. As to qualitative surveys, our team applies DIALSMITH Perception Analyzer technology which is used by the world's leading research companies and TV channels (CNN, FOX News Channel).
