The SOCIS Center has a network of regional representative offices in all regional centers of Ukraine. The Center’s survey network covers the entire territory of our country and consists of more than 600 specially trained interviewers. The interviewers who can conduct in-depth interviews or focus group discussions of any level of complexity work in each regional center. The activities of the latter are organized and coordinated by 26 regional supervisors working in regional offices of all regional centers of Ukraine.
The SOCIS Center has also implemented a system of interviewer quality control by an independent network of controllers. Monitoring the work of interviewers includes:
- checking the completion of questionnaires, identifying the interrupted interviews;
- compilation of reachability statistics, interview refusals;
- verification of compliance with the survey rules on random basis and/or by quota.
The research results are presented in a form defined by the client, usually as informative and convenient for practical use. If necessary, the report is prepared in the form of charts and graphs.
At the client’s request, the research results are presented in Ukrainian, Russian or English.
The SOCIS Center has established contacts with a number of official institutions of Ukraine, with experts as well as with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working throughout Ukraine. The Center has the opportunity to enter into sub-contracts with NGOs.
